Developer Sam Sandiha said: "There are studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites. Extended-stay capabilities are for people who can stay for a month or a year at a time."
The four-storey hotel, which broke ground last year, is next to Sandiha's other hotel in the area - the Springhill Inn & Suites. On the other side of Staybridge Suites is the site of Sandiha's future hotel, the Courtyard by Marriott.
With an expanded living room on the hotel's ground floor and outside fire pits, Sandiha said the Staybridge will also act as a resort.
"This is my first extended stay hotel," Sandiha said. "It is totally different from a regular hotel. But that's why we considered this."
