The Delhi-based company started operations in 2008 and now owns and manages serviced apartments across five cities in north India: Gurgaon, Haridwar, Pantnagar (Rudrapur), Bhimtal and Dhanachuli. It is currently operating 145 serviced apartment keys and is expected to increase that number to 210 keys by end 2019.

All units are fully-furnished apartments for short-term and long-term stays. They provide hotel-like amenities such as daily housekeeping, a multi-cuisine restaurant, room service, a laundry room, a fitness centre, a business centre and a recreation room. All the apartments are equipped with a fully functional kitchenette, Wi-Fi and washer/dryer facilities. The properties also have conference and banquet facilities to host meetings and corporate events.
