The $11 million four-storey hotel overlooks Interstate 77 south of the Dave Lyle Boulevard interchange, and is the second Legacy Suites for Midas Hospitality. The first is in Donaldsonville, Lousiana. A third opens in Greenville, South Carolina, in the summer of 2018.
Michael Williams, the general manager, says Midas Hospitality selected Rock Hill for "the area's continuous business growth".
Midas Hospitality will manage the hotel. Its sister company, MC Hotel Construction, built the property.

Midas Hospitality has opened a 115-room, all-suites hotel in Rock Hill, South Carolina.
