LaRosa, formerly director of real estate at BridgeStreet, brings 20 years of experience in real estate and corporate finance with specialised experience in acquisitions, asset management, capital markets and strategic business development. Over the course of his career LaRosa has participated in the acquisition and development of more than 1,000,000 square feet of residential and hospitality assets as well as the asset management and portfolio oversight of more than 2,000,000 square feet of residential and alternative housing product.
