The property, on a 2.3 acre site at 3000 Harbor Lane North will be branded as a Home2 Suites by Hilton property.
At five storeys, it received a variance from the city's four-storey height restriction in the area. THG argued that the extra height was needed because nearby power lines running along I-494 necessitated a tighter footprint.To improve access, a new entrance from Empire Lane N. is to be constructed, serving all three businesses. Construction is estimated to be completed by spring 2018
